I mostly knew of Stephen from his frequent playing with Kris Kristofferson, but he was an accomplished songwriter and performer on his own as well.

As a big fan of Leonard Cohen, I am not sure how I had missed seeing this when it came out about 4 years ago, but I did somehow. Just happened to see it at the local library yesterday so checked it out.

Heartily recommend it for anyone who likes his music.

I see most of the movie is available on youtube, so if you don't wanna look for it at Blockbuster or Netflix, here it is -- albeit in peicemeal fashion

Leo and Loudon

About a week ago, I was bemoaning the fact that I was gonna miss the Leo Kottke and Loudon Wainwright III concert being held tonight in Park City, because my wife and I would be in Virginia for a job interview. But a couple of days ago, that interview was moved to next week.

Anyway, this morning, when I opened the Valentine's Day card from my wife, inside were tickets for the concert tonight!
